"I... want to see my friends again. I want to live with them like I used to... but if Bill makes the functioning portal he wants, I don't see why I wouldn't split my time. I don't want to give up on the larger universe either."
"And somebody's gotta keep an eye on that twerp." BJ says, reasonably. "So hey; maybe I'll take his number two spot and you can be with your family half the time. Everyone wins."
"I'm staying here as long as I am able, til the Admiral kicks me off this boat himself. There's still more good work I can do... but I want you to know, that when we are eventually sent away, I am not planning that to be the last I see of you or Bill."
